A little stressed? Your doctor just tell you some really bad news?

I sympathize, I truly do. May I recommend that you do something fun? Something relaxing? Something that may, while you are resting, allow your mind to wander, open up, be elevated into a state where some brilliance, an epiphany, might quietly take place, while your body is feeling simply dreamy wonderful?
